While photographing the wild horses in Arizona I learned about wild Lovebirds in Phoenix. It’s not always easy to go on a hunt for a specific species, even when my internet research to tell me best places to look for these beautiful birds. But this day was my lucky day! I went to a park where they were reported being seen and I listened for them. Their call is very noisy. I followed the noise and was thrilled to see dozens, perhaps 50 or more of these beautiful birds!.
All of my images are priced as giclee prints. Though a bit more costly, it is well worth the extra cost. The quality of a giclee print is far superior to all other forms of printing. Pronounced zhee’clay, the word comes from the French, meaning to spray, which is exactly what an ink jet printer does. The giclee printing process provides higher image detail than traditional photographic printing. If you prefer a regular photographic print I can offer you a print at a slightly lower cost. However, I believe once you receive a giclee print you will not be satisfied with anything else!
