To snap this image required quite the effort. I hiked through several feet of snow in July in the Glaciers (wearing shorts).  July in the Glaciers is warm enough to wear shorts but occasionally you run into snow. On this day it took me a couple of hours to plow through the deep snow while climbing up the mountain. I was rewarded for my efforts when I saw several mountain goats.

All of my images are priced as giclee prints. Though a bit more costly, it is well worth the extra cost. The quality of a giclee print is far superior to all other forms of printing. Pronounced zhee’clay, the word comes from the French, meaning to spray, which is exactly what an ink jet printer does. The giclee printing process provides higher image detail than traditional photographic printing. If you prefer a regular photographic print I can offer you a print at a slightly lower cost. However, I believe once you receive a giclee print you will not be satisfied with anything else!
