The race with about a hundred wild horses to the watering hole is one that will definitely get your heart pumping! Though an exciting time for sure, it is also a time I must be extra careful about positioning. I want to get the shot but I dont want to get hurt nor do I want to stand in the way of them accessing their water. The danger is particularly more likely at Onaqui because of all the dust surrounding the horses. The dust can be blinding and if Im not careful, I can find myself in the middle of the activity. Not a place I want to be!

All of my images are priced as giclee prints. Though a bit more costly, it is well worth the extra cost. The quality of a giclee print is far superior to all other forms of printing. Pronounced zhee’clay, the word comes from the French, meaning to spray, which is exactly what an ink jet printer does. The giclee printing process provides higher image detail than traditional photographic printing. If you prefer a regular photographic print I can offer you a print at a slightly lower cost. However, I believe once you receive a giclee print you will not be satisfied with anything else!
